To settle any doubts regarding our returns, exchanges, and refunds, please read the information below. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, get in touch; we’ll be happy to address them and make sure to provide you with all the info you need.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags. All components will be inspected.
Please note that the warranty does not cover inappropriate or abnormal use of the product, nor damages related to failure to follow the instructions.
To be able to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Made to Order
We do not accept exchanges or returns of items that were made to order. Alternatively, we accept the item back (if it’s unused and in the same condition that you received it after all components inspected), we refund you 30% of it’s total price + a 20% discount voucher on another purchase that is not cumulative with other discounts or promotions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Upon processing the return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund inquiry.
If your refund inquiry is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please make sure to double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, due to our small scale production, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the fact that we are committed to minimizing waste in the fashion industry, we chose to manufacture on a very small scale, and often on demand. That being said, should you have any issues with your item and wish to exchange it for another size, article, or color, send us an email at [email protected].com and we will try to help if we can. We’ll do our best!
If we are unable to process exchanges, you can return your item.

Clients are responsible for the exchange shipping costs and any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original and return shipments).
If you are shipping an item over $75 / 65€ you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
